Blossom Hill Fellows Aziza and Mursal Akrami launched “Practicing Proper Hygiene” as part of their health and preventative care program in Afghanistan. They trained 80 women and distributed hygiene products including soap. Handwashing is the first line of defense in preventable diseases that is often overlooked.
