Thanksgiving is a day away and many of you are busy preparing a special meal with family and friends. We at Blossom Hill are drawing inspiration from our special cookbook, Roots: Blossom Hill Recipes & Journeys. The cookbook has over 90 recipes from children and youth in our programs, as well as the Fellows implementing them, a few celebrity chefs, and staff. They also include stories of their journeys to new countries where they resettled after fleeing war. Many of the recipes are specialties from the Middle East.
As we gather in gratitude during this season of giving, we want you to know just how thankful we are for your support of our programs for refugee children. On their behalf, we are truly grateful and invite you to participate in our annual auction to further our impact.
